May I say how impressed I was when I visited your Practice recently by the high-standards of professional care and patient protection shown.

These are difficult times, bound to give rise to some apprehension in patients, but the state-of-the-art equipment and the stringent adherence to the patient safety code combined with a welcoming and confident atmosphere really offers reassurance.
​
I was also delighted to be treated by Mr Newman Brown from whom I have had treatment in the past and whom I consider outstanding in his field. He has that rare quality of combining a high level of professional skill with a real sensitivity to the concerns and comfort of his patient. He always takes time to give clear explanations of any proposed treatments and the possibilities of any down-side to them.

I imagine that a whole lot of thought and planning has been put into constructing the model of running a safe Practice in these times and I think the team should be congratulated on how they have responded to the COVID-19 challenge.
​
I shall have no anxieties about keeping any further appointments.

When you telephoned to plan my dental work I was completely confident in the protection that had been put in place at the surgery (regarding COVID -19).

The reception is immaculate, welcoming and they always give their full attention. All the staff are patient, attentive and make your time there as efficient and comfortable as possible.
